Joseph Navin is currently a freelance photojournalist and reporter based in Greensboro, N.C. He graduated from Elon University in May 2024 with a B.A. degree in Journalism and a minor in Political Science.

His work has been published in the Greensboro News & Record, the Wilmington Star-News, Aviation Week, Trains Magazine, NC Health News, Triad City Beat and The Atlantic magazine.

He previously worked for two separate tenures as Photo Editor for Elon News Network as well as being a news reporter for over three years. He was also a News Writer for NASASpaceflight.com. He is also a credentialed member of the National Press Photographers Association. Joseph has a passion for written journalism, photojournalism, photography, politics, international relations, the railroad industry and aerospace.
